Shipping Policy

1. Shipping Destinations

Enhanced Research Compounds (“ERC”) ships exclusively within Australia. We do not ship internationally.

2. Dispatch Timeframes

Orders are dispatched within 1–3 business days of payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or Australian public holidays are dispatched on the next business day.

3. Shipping Methods & Costs

All orders are sent via Australia Post Express or Standard Parcel Post in plain, unbranded packaging.

  • Standard shipping: AUD $15.00 flat rate, 3–7 business days transit.
  • Express shipping: Available at checkout, 1–3 business days transit (metro areas).

All shipments include tracking. A tracking number is emailed to you once your order is dispatched.

4. Pre-Order Items

Products marked as Pre-Order ship as soon as the next inventory batch arrives. Estimated lead time is 2–6 weeks. We will notify you by email once your pre-order is ready to dispatch.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched you will receive a confirmation email containing your Australia Post tracking number. You can track your shipment at auspost.com.au/mypost/track.

6. Failed Delivery & Re-Shipping

If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address, refused delivery, or failure to collect from a pickup point, we will contact you to arrange re-shipment. Re-shipping is at the customer's cost.

7. Lost or Damaged Parcels

If your parcel does not arrive within the expected timeframe or arrives damaged, please contact us within 14 days of dispatch at admin@enhancedresearchcompounds.com with your order number. We will lodge an investigation with Australia Post and arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.

8. Storage & Handling on Arrival

All products are shipped as lyophilised (freeze-dried) powder and are stable at ambient temperatures during transit. Once received, products should be stored in accordance with the storage instructions provided. Refer to the relevant product page for compound-specific storage requirements.
