Returns & Refunds Policy

1. Overview

Because Enhanced Research Compounds (“ERC”) supplies sealed reference-grade research chemicals, we cannot accept returns of opened or tampered-with products for safety, integrity, and regulatory reasons. This policy outlines the limited circumstances in which we offer refunds, replacements, or exchanges.

2. Damaged or Defective Products

If your order arrives damaged, contaminated, or with a broken seal, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at admin@enhancedresearchcompounds.com with:

• Your order number
• Photographs of the damaged product and packaging
• A brief description of the issue

We will assess the claim and, where verified, ship a replacement at no charge or issue a full refund to your original payment method.

3. Incorrect Items Shipped

If you receive a product that does not match your order, contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange a return of the incorrect item (at our cost) and dispatch the correct product.

4. Quality Concerns

All ERC products are independently verified at >=98% purity via HPLC analysis. Certificates of Analysis (COA) are available on request prior to or after purchase. If you believe a product does not meet the stated specification, contact us with details and we will review the relevant batch records.

5. Non-Returnable Items

For safety, integrity, and regulatory reasons we cannot accept returns of:

• Products that have been opened, reconstituted, or tampered with
• Products purchased more than 30 days ago
• Products purchased on clearance or with a non-refundable promotional discount (where stated at purchase)

6. Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled for a full refund prior to dispatch. Once an order has been dispatched it cannot be cancelled but may be subject to the damage/incorrect-item provisions above on arrival.

7. Refund Processing

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of approval. Bank or card processing times may add a further 3–5 business days before funds appear in your account.

8. Pre-Order Cancellations

Pre-order items can be cancelled for a full refund at any time before dispatch. If a pre-order item becomes unavailable for an extended period, we will contact you with the option of a refund or a substitute product.

9. Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in this policy excludes, restricts, or modifies any rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law. Where a product fails to meet a consumer guarantee, you are entitled to a remedy in accordance with that law.
