How do I know the compounds are genuine and pure?
Every compound comes with a third-party COA from Janoshik Analytical, available on request. We're also running our own independent batch testing, starting with our best sellers. Reports for Retatrutide, Tirzepatide, BPC-157, GHK-Cu and KLOW Blend are published on our Lab Results page.
How fast is shipping, and how is it packaged?
Orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days from within Australia. Standard delivery is typically 2–5 business days after dispatch (Western Australia 5–9), and Express is 1–2 business days via Australia Post Express Post. Everything is packaged securely in plain, unbranded boxes to protect product integrity in transit.
What happens if my order is damaged or incorrect?
Contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo, and we'll ship a replacement at no charge or refund you in full. You can also add an optional reshipment guarantee at checkout.
What payment methods do you accept?
Bank transfer. When you place your order you'll get our bank details and a payment reference straight away, and your order is reserved while the transfer lands. All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD).
