Enhanced Research Compounds (“ERC”, “we”, “us”) operates the website enhancedresearchcompounds.com. By placing an order you agree to these Terms and Conditions.
2. Research Use Only
All products listed on this website are sold exclusively for in-vitro research and laboratory use. They are not therapeutic goods, not registered on the Australian Register of Therapeutic Goods (ARTG), and not approved for human or animal consumption, injection, or any form of self-administration.
By purchasing from ERC you represent and warrant that:
- You are 18 years of age or older.
- You will use the products solely for lawful scientific or laboratory research.
- You hold appropriate qualifications, licences, or institutional affiliation to handle research chemicals in your jurisdiction.
- You will not resell, redistribute, or supply the products for human or veterinary therapeutic use.
3. No Medical or Therapeutic Claims
Nothing on this website constitutes medical advice. Product descriptions, chemical specifications, and reference literature are provided for informational purposes only and do not imply any therapeutic benefit.
4. Regulatory Compliance
ERC operates within Australia. Many of the compounds we supply are classified as Schedule 4 (Prescription Only) substances under the Poisons Standard (SUSMP). It is the buyer's sole responsibility to ensure compliance with all applicable laws.
5. Pricing and Payment
All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable. Payment is processed securely via Stripe at the time of order.
6. Shipping and Delivery
Orders are dispatched within 1–3 business days. Delivery timeframes are estimates only. Risk of loss passes to the buyer upon handover to the carrier.
7. Returns and Refunds
Due to the nature of research chemicals, we cannot accept returns once a product has been dispatched unless it is damaged, defective, or materially different from the description. Contact us within 7 days of delivery.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by Australian Consumer Law, ERC's total liability is limited to the price paid for the relevant product.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia.
